Healing For Myself Please

Could you please send healing. My back went into spasm and trapped a nerve back in March, just before we left for S.A., and now the pain is in my right hip and groin, which I know are symptoms of possible hip replacement The pain wakes me early in the morning, as it's worse lying down.
