Healing For Myself Please

Could you please send healing for me. I've not been right since my back went into muscle spasm and trapped a nerve in March, just before we left for S.A., now it's gone into my right hip with also pain in that groin, which I know are the symptoms of possible hip replacement The pain when lying down wakes me up at night and early morn too.
